What is AOS?Autononic Overload Syndrome (AOS) is a group of chronic painful symptoms caused by harmful levels of stress, pressure, and repressed strong negative emotions that have built up in the subconscious mind. Every day Stress and Pressure and Responsibility create emotions which
we repress (bury or stuff) into our subconscious minds. Over time, these

What are the symptoms of AOS?AOS affects the Muscles, Nerves or Tendons throughout the body. AOS can cause:
How do you diagnose AOS?The diagnosis of AOS requires a mind-body trained physician to perform a careful history, physical exam, and review of your medical records. This can be done for you at The Brady Institute for Health. Most AOS patients have already been seen by their local physician - sometimes multiple physicians. Dangerous and emergency medical conditions have been ruled out, including cancer, infection, fracture, aneurysm etc. If you have an AOS symptom (listed above), and you've been evaluated
by your physician but have not experienced significant or lasting relief
of your pain, it is very possible that you have AOS. "My sciatic pain is finally gone - I can sit in the movie theater, play tennis, and my husband and I are going to Europe." A woman in her early forties, with sciatic pain running down her hip and leg for seven years |
How is AOS treated? In Pain Free for Life, Dr. Brady will teach you how to reverse the Pain of AOS within weeks with a mind-body-spirit treatment plan. The treatment plan involves proven mind-body techniques and journaling - which you'll practice for 30 minutes each day until you're Pain Free. Patients often experience significant relief within a couple weeks - and complete relief within 6 weeks.
How long does it take for the symptoms to go away?AOS symptoms can resolve quickly once you identify the true source - sometimes as fast as a couple weeks. The normal course for AOS patients is about 6 weeks, after which symptoms are significantly reduced or completely gone.
What is your success rate?80% of AOS patients will experience significant or complete pain relief within six weeks after they begin the Pain Free treatment program.
What do I do next?First, you should always see your local physician to make sure your symptoms are not caused by dangerous conditions such as cancer or infection. If you have done this, purchase a copy of Pain Free for Life and begin Dr. Brady's 6-Week Cure for Chronic Pain Program.
